At a glance
- There is no sign-up and no account. The app never asks for your name, email address, or phone number.
- Pills are counted on your phone. Camera images and the photos you choose are never sent to us — this app has no server of ours.
- Photos you count stay in History on your phone until you delete them.
- The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google collects information such as your device’s IP address and advertising identifiers; on iPhone it can use your advertising identifier only if you allow tracking. The app has no analytics or tracking tools of our own.
- Pro is sold through the App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details.
1. Who we are
AI Pill Counter (“the app”) is developed and published by Innomote LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the app on iPhone and Android. Contact: support@innomote.com
2. Camera and photos
The app uses your camera to count pills. Counting runs entirely on your phone with a detection model built into the app; camera images are not sent to us or to anyone else. To count a photo you already took, the app uses your phone’s photo picker, which gives the app only the photo you choose — the app cannot see the rest of your library.
3. Information stored on your phone
To work, the app keeps on your phone:
- History: each photo you count (a copy no larger than 1,200 pixels and a small thumbnail), the number of pills, where each pill was found, and the date;
- how much of today’s free allowance is left (photos and Live minutes);
- your settings, such as whether you have seen the button guide;
- whether you have Pro, as last confirmed by the App Store or Google Play;
- your ad consent choices, where they apply, saved by Google’s consent tool.
None of this is sent to us. You can delete counts in History at any time, and deleting the app deletes everything it stored. Your phone’s backup (iCloud, a computer, or your Google account) may include this data; those backups are managed by you and by Apple or Google, and we cannot access them.
4. Ads in the free version (Google AdMob)
The free version shows a banner above the camera view and, when you choose to watch one, a short video ad that gives you 5 more photos and 5 more minutes of Live. Ads come from Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. To show ads, measure them, limit how often they appear, and prevent fraud, Google collects information directly from your phone, such as:
- your phone’s IP address, which can indicate your approximate location;
- device identifiers — on Android, the advertising ID and app set ID; on iPhone, the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking, and otherwise identifiers limited to an app or developer;
- which ads you see and tap, and app interactions such as app launches;
- diagnostic information, such as app performance and crash data.
Google uses this information under its own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. We receive only summary reports from Google, such as how many ads were shown, not information that identifies you.
Your choices: on iPhone, the app asks whether you allow tracking; if you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, your advertising identifier is not available to the app or to Google, and you can change this later in your iPhone’s Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Where the law requires consent (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), the app shows Google’s consent message before showing ads, and you can change your choice at any time in the app’s Settings › Privacy Options. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. You can also manage ad personalization at My Ad Center. Pro removes ads.
5. Purchases
AI Pill Counter Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes the payment; we never receive your card or bank details. The store tells the app on your phone whether you have Pro. Apple and Google may share transaction and sales information with us as described in their policies; we use it only to provide your purchase and to help with refunds and support.
6. Apple and Google
Apple and Google distribute the app. The app may ask your phone to show the standard App Store or Google Play rating prompt; your rating goes to Apple or Google under their policies. If you allow sharing with app developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may give us crash reports and statistics that they collect; we use them only to fix problems.
7. What we don’t collect
The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location, and it does not know what medication you count. We do not run a server for this app, we do not collect advertising identifiers ourselves — only Google’s ad SDK uses them, as described in section 4 — and the app has no analytics or tracking tools of our own. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply.
8. Children’s privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Retention and deletion
Counts stay in History on your phone until you delete them there or delete the app; we have no copy to delete. If you email us, we keep the conversation only as long as we need it to help you. Google keeps advertising data under its own policies.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. Because the app keeps your information on your phone, you can see and delete it there. For other requests, email support@innomote.com; we will respond within the time the law requires. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
11. Where information is processed
Counting and History stay on your phone. Google may process advertising data in the United States and other countries under its own policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If we make a significant change — for example, collecting a new kind of information — we will update this policy before the change takes effect.

1. 운영자
AI Pill Counter(이하 “앱”)는 Innomote LLC(이하 “회사”)가 만들고 운영합니다. 문의: support@innomote.com
(Google AdMob)
6. Apple과 Google
